Anna Thompson has joined LABC as director of LABC Training. The department is a new brand that will provide building control practice updates and training on new regulations and innovations.

Silcock Dawson has appointed Adam Washburn and Shawn Galliers as associate and senior engineer, respectively, at its Bristol office.

Stephen Busette has joined Carrier Rental Systems as a sales manager operating within the M25. He has chiller rental experience and knowledge of the London market.

AEI Cables’ new Midlands regional sales manager is David Evans, who has 39 years’ experience in the electrical industry.

Neil Tilsley has joined Polypipe Ventilation as managing director and Paul Burton is the new national account manager. The appointments are designed to drive forward the company in the competitive ventilation market.

Peter Elliott has returned to Newey & Eyre as national sales manager. He spent 18 years with the company before taking two years out of the industry.

Keith Irwin has joined Johnson Controls as business development manager for systems and service to raise the company’s profile in London, the Thames Valley and southeast England.

Dr Cullan Riley, previously with Halcrow’s consulting business group, has been appointed development director for land development and regeneration at Halcrow Yolles. He brings more than 18 years’ experience to the post.

Kem Edwards has made two additions to its management team. Peter Lee has joined as national business development manager, and Gary Foskett has been promoted to special projects manager within the company’s prefabrication division.
