• Engineering consultancy Cundall has appointed William D’Arcy as an associate specialising in healthcare. He will lead a team in the Birmingham office.

• James Coburn has joined iLight’s UK sales team, as commercial sales manager. He joins from Selux Lighting, bringing six years of experience in the sector.

• Hoare Lea Consulting Engineers has announced that Steve Devlin has accepted an invitation to become a partner. Devlin was promoted to associate in 2005 and now, aged 31, has become one of the youngest partners in the firm.

• White Young Green, the multi-disciplinary built, natural and social environmental consultancy, has appointed Stuart Kyle as regional director of mechanical and electrical engineering.

• Tony Marston has joined electrical product and system manufacturer Legrand as its new sales director. He boasts 20 years in the industry, moving from competitor MK Electrical. The company has also appointed Louis-Benoit Rusterholtz as its new marketing director: he moves from Legrand's group marketing department in France.

• N G Bailey has appointed Karen Miles as learning and development director. She has been promoted internally, having spent two years as the company’s strategy manager.

• Steve Ewen has been appointed head of electrical building services at multidisciplinary consultant Brentwood Design Partnership (Harrogate). In addition to leading the electrical team, his responsibilities include developing all market sectors and sustainability within the practice.
