The 2008 Sustainable Building Services Awards took place at the Dorchester Hotel on London’s Park Lane on Friday 7th November 2008.
Recognising the very best in sustainable construction this event rewards those that have effectively incorporated sustainability into their own or their client’s business.
Climate change is the biggest issue facing mankind today. With the built environment accountable for almost half of the UK's carbon dioxide emissions, the work of building services consultants and contractors has never been more important.
The Sustainable Building Services Awards, organised by Building Services Journal and Electrical and Mechanical Contractor magazines, were successfully launched last year to reward the very best in sustainable construction.
