The first Sustainable Building Services Awards took place on 28 November at London’s Royal Horticultural Halls.

Launched to reward the very best in green m&e engineering, the awards were established by Electrical and Mechanical Contractor magazine in conjunction with Building Services Journal.

The new event attracted an audience of around 330 people from the building services industry and awarded eight trophies at a luncheon and ceremony hosted by television presenter Ben Fogle.

Entry forms for the Building Services Awards 2008 will soon be available from Emily Briday on +44 (0) 20 7560 4420 or email ebriday@cmpi.biz
