KAC has introduced addressable combined sounder and strobe units, designed to reduce installation expenses and enable cost-effective compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act.

The unit fits under any standard System Sensor Series 200 addressable detector and twist-fits into a standard surface or flush-mounting base.

The common base is fitted with a shorting spring so that the loop wiring can be tested without the sounder-strobe or a detector having to be installed.

The devices generate 32 audible tones and are available with red or amber lenses.
