Planning consent has been given for this 2,000 m² residential development in the heart of Marylebone, West London.

Designed by architects Make, it will sit on an existing five-storey building and comprises 12 luxury flats, including three penthouses. It will be clad in brass and features glass bay “pods” to maximise light and space

The development will include a green roof and heating and cooling will be via a ground source heat pump system.

The project is due to start on site in October 2007 with completion scheduled for March 2009.
