A £3.5 million refurbishment to No 1 Croydon, south London, has seen the iconic building’s top nine floors refurbished with Daikin VRV-WII water-cooled air conditioning.

Designed in the 1970s by Richard Seifert, the octagonal-shaped 24-storey structure is currently owned by Princeton Investments.
