Regeneration Awards 2007

About the Awards:

With urban renewal a key commitment of the Government, over the next five years billions of pounds of investment will be made into regenerating areas of the UK and developing sustainable communities.

The Regeneration Awards 2007 will reward the schemes, organisations and people that have helped breathe new life into areas of the UK and have delivered improved opportunities for local communities.

Jointly organised by leading magazines Building, Building Design and Property Week, the forth Regeneration Awards ceremony will take place on Monday 3 December at the Grosvenor House hotel on Londons Park Lane.

On the night:

We expect an audience of around 1200 people to attend the event, including developers, funders, public sector development agencies, contractors, house builders, housing associations, local authorities, politicians, architects and planners.

Trophies will be presented in 16 categories, which between them highlight the important role that the public and private sectors have to play in delivering successful regeneration projects.
