Woods Bagot’s redevelopment of 10 Trinity Square in the City has received planning permission

US developer Thomas Enterprises is to create a five-star hotel in the grade II-listed building, which was designed by Sir Edwin Cooper. The building will include the restoration of a central rotunda, destroyed during the war. Buro Happold is structural engineer, QS is Bruce Shaw Partnership and M&E consultant is DSA Engineering.
