The winners of the Specialist Contractor awards were announced on Tuesday evening at the London Hilton hotel.

Keltbray took the prize for essential site services, thanks to its demolition of Highbury stadium in north London and its commitment to training. Brendan Kerr picked up the award for personality of the year.

The award for cladding went to Prater and Rock Asphalte won the roofing specialist accolade.

Other awards were picked up by SH Structures, Crown House Technologies, Ibex Interiors, Cementation Foundations Skanska and Concrete Repairs.
