J S Wright is to provide mechanical services for London’s latest City Inn hotel.
J S Wright will work with design consultancy Aecom to provide a range of energy efficient, environmentally clean, and cost effective services including a ground-source geothermal heating and cooling system and a combined heat and power (CHP) plant.

It will also be fitting all the heating, ventilation, chilled water, above ground drainage, sprinklers, and hot and cold water services throughout the hotel and car park over a project period of 64 weeks.
The hotel was designed by Bennetts Associates Architects and is scheduled for completion in late 2010.
The £10m contract is the largest value deal in Birmingham-based J S Wright’s history.
