Sustainably grown wood will fuel the UK’s largest renewables project.

The 350MW Prenergy Biomass project in Port Talbot was given the go-ahead by energy secretary John Hutton last month. Due to complete in 2010, the plant will contribute 70% of the Welsh Assembly’s renewables target.
