Nicola Spears

Spears, 26, is Stoford Developments’ first female project manager, joining from Mace. Her new role includes work on Stoford’s mixed-use scheme at Parkside in Cambridge and an office refurbishment at Elmbridge Court near Cheltenham.

Chris Brown

Morgan Ashurst, formerly Bluestone, has promoted Brown to area director for its office in Leeds. Brown, 50, joined the company as an apprentice joiner in 1974. He will be responsible for a team of 70, handling contracts ranging from £3m to £15m.

Ian Dewhurst

Dewhurst joins Rok as area leader for the Solent region. His role will be to develop Rok’s business in construction, building and maintenance streams, leading a 145-strong team. Dewhurst brings 22 years of experience to the role.

Peter Quinn

Lovell’s new head of business development, Quinn will drive a national programme of new build, mixed-tenure and open market housing projects, urban regeneration projects and housing refurbishment schemes. He joins from Midland Heart Group.
