Graham Howe
Kier Eastern’s new managing director moves up from director with responsibility for the Norwich office. He replaces Neil Meixner, now managing director of Kier Build, Kier Regional’s major building projects arm.
Dennis Cotton
Kier’s vacant divisional director for Norwich is to be filled by Cotton. A fellow member of the CIOB, Cotton was previously based in Ipswich as regional construction director for Amec.
Claire Folliard
ISG Jackson has appointed Folliard as business development manager for the south east in a drive to secure a greater share of opportunities in the region. Folliard joins ISG Jackson from Amec, where she had a similar role.
Tim Knee-Robinson
Davis Langdon has promoted Knee-Robinson from associate to partner.
He has experience in the education sector and worked as project manager on £35m of work for Cambridge University.

ISG Dean+Bowes has made two appointments to its senior management team. Its new retail divisional managing director is Andy West while Peter Knowles takes up the role of contracts director. Phil Wade has been appointed associate director of Rose Builders. Housebuilder Manorlane has named Barry McKeown as land director and Craig Smith as construction director, while McCann Homes has appointed James Tickell as non-executive director. Martin Donald is the new supply chain director for British Gypsum. Mark Bailey is now associate director of Barnes Construction.
