Colin Rossiter has been appointed by Gleeson to head up a new company, as yet unnamed, to pursue further PFI work.

James Hopkin has moved to the new role of sustainability adviser at Carillion. Hopkin, who previously worked for Carillion Property Services, will have responsibility for a fleet of 5000 vehicles.
