Individual and corporate interest and attention span can be limited when disability and other “minority” issues are concerned.

Pity, or maybe not surprising, then that your pieces on disability focused on avoiding the court rather than really doing better as a sector (1 October, page 42). Inaccessible offices and websites may get you into court but the lack of accessible homes, a greater problem, will not.

How about some research on ways to improve the funding regime so that dwindling public contributions get to the parts not easily reached?

And why call a piece “Legal Solutions” when it focuses just as much on ways to exclude people with disabilities. There are legal solutions to the real problems people with learning disabilties encounter in getting the home of their choice; some coverage on this would offer solutions not escape routes.
