WT Partnership QS for Leicester regeneration scheme

Cost consultant WT Partnership has been appointed QS for Leicester city centre regeneration scheme.

Working for client Leicester City Council, the scheme will involve reconstructing streets in the retail area in the city centre, installing new paving, new street lighting and furniture and landscaping.

Estimated cost is between £7.5m and £9m and the scheme is expected to complete by summer 2008.
