Work starts on £50m West End office scheme

Work has started on a £50m new office and residential scheme in the West End of London. The Delancey-developed speculative project is planned for the south of Portman Square and will provide 9,000 square metres of office space and 20 luxury flats. The team on the project includes project manager Colliers CRE and architect Squire and Partners and completion is expected in April 2008.

Delancey chief executive Jamie Ritblat described the project as a landmark development in a superb West End location.
