• Balfour Kilpatrick has appointed David McDowell (2) as regional commercial director for the west of England.

• Taylor Woodrow Facilities Management has appointed Martin Norris (3) as lead customer director to help develop the firm’s client list.

• Eric Long has been appointed to associate at consultant Gilmore Stones Associates, with responsibility for the design and management of electrical engineering projects and the management of quality assurance and CPD.

• Air conditioning manufacturer Airedale has appointed Gary Pape and Paul Coogan (4) as service engineers. Coogan will cover the north-west, and Pape the south-west.

• Sussex-based construction and FM firm Rydon Group has appointed David Howard (5) as non-executive chairman.

• Air conditioning manufacturer Mitsubishi has created a consultants sales team to advise architectural and building services consultants. The team is headed by Mike Brown and includes Julia Brown and Sam Quinn.

• Shouksmiths has announced a new management team for the firm’s Sheffield division. Keith Bradley is the new divisional manager, Andrew Horton is contracts manager and Georgina Stewart (6) is office administrator.
