Career movers this month

ACE, the Association for Consultancy and Engineering, has made appointments to two new positions. Matt Dawson has moved to the newly created post of head of corporate and business development, where he will be developing business and commercial relationships. Ian Parker will take up the role of communications manager.

Rudi Klein (1) has been appointed chairman of the New Engineering Contract (NEC) User’s Group. Klein succeeds Robert Gerrard, who becomes secretary, while Nigel Shaw has become chairman.

White Young Green’s Manchester office has recruited Lise Roberts (2) as business development manager to bolster its regional presence.

Paul Winfield (3) has been appointed company secretary to both Colt International and Colt Service to provide operational support to both businesses. Previously he has worked for firms including Taylor Woodrow and John Brown.

Gas appliance supplier Rinnai has added Richard Bailey (4) to its sales team, with responsibility for the south-east region

Pump manufacturer Armstrong Holden Brooke Pullen has also expanded its sales team with the appointment of Neil Langdown as specifications manager for consultants in London and the South East.

Paul Golding has joined Airedale Air-Conditioning as northern area sales engineer, responsible for developing business in Greater Manchester and Liverpool.

Hagemeyer UK, the holding company for names such as Newey & Eyre and WF Electrical has appointed John Hogan, previously at DHL, as its new CEO.

David Grimshaw (5) has been appointed production manager at air distribution manager Trox with responsibility for boosting production, developing a continuous improvement culture and accelerating lead times.
