Your feature on the 40 women who "are some of the most important people in housing" (21 November, page 24) made for encouraging reading.
But I was disappointed that Jackie Fernandez, director of Stonewall Housing, was not included. Stonewall is, after all, the only lesbian and gay housing association in England.
Many of our clients have experienced homelessness as a result of their sexuality. Lack of knowledge by local authorities and housing agencies leads to further exclusion.
Stonewall Housing is now in its 20th year.
It continues to work for positive change in housing for lesbian and gay communities who remain overlooked.
