Visitor management systems

The company has provided five buildings with its advanced PC-based solution VisitorNet, and 10 buildings with its manual paper-based version. These systems will enable Lloyds TSB’s security staff to capture detailed information of all on-site visitors.

With VisitorNet, guests may be quickly pre-booked into the Lloyds TSB system and badges pre-printed in preparation for their arrival (thus streamlining the check-in process).

Each badge is printed with a barcode which, once read by a scanner, logs the guest in or out of the building. Using an electronic signature pad, visitors can sign to accept the Health and Safety regulations. The digital signature is then stored and encrypted for retrieval at a later date by designated members of the in-house Security Team.

VisitorNet is suited to most types of business and can be used in any office-style environment, either as a stand-alone system or across multiple locations. The Windows-based system affords organisations the flexibility to network the software.
