village green: John Laing Partnership has begun developing these 96 homes to bring new life to a run-down estate in south-east London.

The homes were commissioned as the first wave of a £50m, five-year regeneration programme managed by registered social landlords London & Quadrant Housing Trust and Tower Homes with Lewisham council.

The first phase is due for completion in December 2004. The architect was BPTW.
