The project by Norton & Proffitt Developments – a joint venture between St Modwen Properties and Goold Estates – will ultimately provide 45,000ft² of office space, a supermarket and 20,000ft2 of further retail space and 86 flats, half of which are for Accord Housing Association.

Ross Optical Works in Lambeth, south London had lain largely dormant for a number of years and had to be re-zoned from being for employment to residential use. It will now become 2500ft² of office space and 94 flats – one-third of which will be affordable.
