Tweed’s £5m maritime-themed office building in Felixstowe has been designed to reflect the local industry

Tweeds has been appointed as QS on this £5m new headquarters building in Felixstowe for joint clients China Shipping Agency and Johnson Stevens Agencies. The project, designed by architect Colwyn Foulkes, will sit on a 1.7 acre site just outside the town’s port complex. The maritime-themed office building will provide 3,458m2 of office accommodation over three floors.
