Tremco’s JS 442 is a highly elastic, two component, fast curing polyurethane polymer sealant that has been developed for IG manufacture. It provides a long-life barrier to moisture penetration.

Features of the solvent-free sealant include excellent adhesion to glass, metal and nylon, and good elasticity both in compression and extension.

Described as easy to use through manual, robotic and automatic application machines, JS442 is available in standard and fast cure grades.
