Almost 100 youngsters played in a five-a-side football tournament on 5 April, on the Clapham Park Estate in south London, to celebrate the outcome of a transfer ballot. Of residents eligible to vote, 59.3% of tenants and 62.8% of leaseholders voted for transfer to new housing association Clapham Park Homes. The transfer comes with a sweetener of £537m in regeneration grants.
