More than 40 CCTV installers packed VCL's High Wycombe office meeting rooms at its first southern-based training day to learn about a wide range of products and brands.
The training day was created in response to requests from customers. Customers heard presentations from key experts on VCL products as well as representatives from its major suppliers, including COE, Vision Systems, Optex, NVT and Sanyo.

The positive feedback received has prompted VCL to look into improving its service. The company says it is looking into putting spare fixings in every camera package after one installer reported frustration at having to climb down and back up the ladder after dropping one of the mounting screws for the acrylic dome on one of its cameras.
