Tradelink, the Cambridgeshire based fabricator, has introduced Rehau-Edge, the fully sculptured version of Rehau’s successful S706 PVC-U 70mm system.

Developed to provide customers with a potentially lucrative sculptured product that will appeal to style conscious homeowners, it has all the proven performance benefits and quality certifications as Rehau’s S706 chamfered system.

As part of the new product introduction, Tradelink has invested in new machinery to provide dedicated manufacturing. This includes a Rotox self centring, automatic corner cleaner which intelligently follows the contour of the profile to provide precise and consistent clean to all contours.

The launch of Rehau-Edge follows successful trials by Tradelink, with positive feedback from installers and end users alike.

‘We have been offering Rehau S706 70mm for almost a decade now and our customers know they can rely on it,’ commented Jim Moody, Tradelink’s Managing Director. ‘The introduction of Rehau-Edge is a natural progression and will enable our customers to compete in the sculptured product market, which is now accounting for around 20% of all of the PVC-U sold.’
