Ninety-one golfers took part in the 15th North-South Golf challenge, hosted by Greenhills Security Products (NI) Ltd, at Co Armagh Golf Club in Northern Ireland.

The Crime Prevention Golf Society (N. Ire) narrowly beat The Security & Fire Industries Golf Society by 19 points.

In the overall stableford competition, first prize went to Paul Treacy of Greenhills Rainbow, with 39 points. Best gross went to Gary Clarke of G4S and visitor prize was won by Chief Supt Brian Harkin, An Garda Siochana. Ladies prize went to Kathleen Gleeson and sponsors prize went to James Walker, MD of Dallmeier Electronic UK Ltd.

• OVER £500 WAS RAISED FOR Children in Need at Medway Security Distribution's golf day. Seventy customers and contacts attended the event, with the stableford competition won by Rob Garbutt of C&G Security.
