Holophane Europe supplied the luminaires for the refurbishment of the exterior of the former Tipton library in the West Midlands.

Holophane’s Hydrel luminaires were used for uplighting and floodlighting of the building’s walls and surrounds in the £750 000 refurbishment. The project was carried out by Sandwell Council’s Urban Design & Building Services, who also restored the interior which now houses the council’s Occupational Health unit.
