The ODPM got it right

The ODPM advisory group tackling inequality in housing allocation is an unprecedented initiative (3 December, page 18). I hope it is a win-win situation for the black and minority-ethnic communities as well as others in the UK. This gesture could go far to rekindle fresh hope in people who have lost out to supposed “inequalities”.
