BRE has received UKAS accreditation for airtightness testing. This service helps designers and contractors to meet Part L2 Building Regulations for commercial and public buildings, and minimise the risk of failing the compliance test. Assistance is offered at each stage of a project, including: advice on meeting targets, initial design reviews, construction-phase and pre-test inspections, infrared surveys, fan pressurisation test, remedial advice.
