Taking time out from the top 100

Bromford Housing Group did not appear in the 2004 Sunday Times Top 100 best employers (12 March, page 11) because we didn’t enter. Why not? Well, how do you improve on achieving fifth place in your first year of entering?

Just what a hard task that is can be seen in this year’s table, where only two companies from 2003 remained in the top 10 and both dropped rather than moving up. So this year, we chose to focus on making Bromford an even better place to work so that next time we enter, we can demonstrate real improvement.
