As a subsidiary of the Takenaka organisation, (one of the most prestigious Japanese security equipment manufacturers), Takex Europe (formerly Pulnix Europe) has been a recognised market leader in the perimeter security industry for over 25 years in the UK.
With a portfolio of products that includes PIRs, (both external and internal), voice speakers, cameras and flame detectors, Takex (formerly Pulnix) is best recognised for its range of active infrared beam products.

These include specialist beams, such as the covert beams for discreet use, reflector beams (now available as an external product), long range beams (up to 600m), intrinsically safe beams, twin beams.

But the flagship product is the Intelligent Synchro Quad range, together with a variety of accessories such as towers, flush mount kits, cages etc. This means that Takex is in a position to offer bespoke protection for almost any situation.

Takex offers advice to installers and end users, and where viable is able to conduct site visits in conjunction with clients to best match the client's needs with the products offered.

Takex Europe (formerly Pulnix Europe) are hoping to be able to offer a much wider variety of security products (of which there are more than 500 available).

In short, the name has changed, but the quality of service will be maintained, and the choice of products is set to expand.
