Castle Conservatories set up the Wendland Sympla software system on the advice of Endeavour Conservatory Roofs Ltd of Cannock, one of Wendland’s long term customers.

The concept enables Castle to design its own style of conservatory roof simply and efficiently, prior to sending the details to Endeavour for practical fabrication of the roofing system.

‘As with any software system, small problems can initially occur and this was the case with Castle,’ explained David Cassidy of Endeavour. ‘However, with the unique support system offering by Wendland, these problems were solved remotely and with maximum speed and efficiency."

The Wendland customer support package can be accessed through any stage of the software’s operation from Wendland’s headquarters, without physically visiting the client’s site.
