Bob Ogilvie and Sanjay Trivedi have been made partners at Davis Langdon’s project management team. Ogilvie was previously project manager on the West One project at the BBC and Trivedi joins from Bovis Lend Lease, where he was operations director.

Retirement homes specialist Wren has appointed Richard Hill sales and marketing director. Hill was previously a consultant at David Wilson retirement homes.

Contractors

Willmott Dixon has appointed Steve Cooper national account manager for its NHS Lift work. Cooper was at Metronet where he oversaw commercial management of London Underground station upgrades.

Construction group Castleoak has appointed Steve Bucknell development director. He was previously regional development director for Sunrise Senior Living.
