Rehau trade fabricator, Euroglaze, wanted its workforce to believe in the company mission statement so the staff were asked to write it.

Euroglaze held a competition asking staff to write a statement covering what the company tries to achieve. The winner was Junior Accounts Clerk Hayley Chapman.

Hayley’s statement will be the offical Euroglaze mission statement and will become part of the company’s management procedures.
