Sevenoaks-based Spy Alarms has celebrated 20 years in the security business by inviting all of its past and present staff plus its principal partners to Lingfield races.

Spy Alarms director Martin Foster said: "It's been a great first 20 years and we are going stronger than ever. This year we won the Metropolitan Police gold award for false alarm management by medium sized companies to add to silver and bronze in recent years, and we now work with other installers in the Plexus Group to gain and maintain security contracts nationwide."

The multi-million pound business with over 14,000 customers in its 2-year history consistently aims to deliver systems at reasonable prices. Gardiner Security, invited along to the day at the races, is the major source of its intruder, access control and CCTV products.
