South Bank University issues new framework

South Bank University has decided on a multi-disciplinary team of firms to work on a framework for the next three years. The team includes QS Baker Mallett and project manager Potter Raper Partnership.

The contract covers major and minor projects including new works, refurbishments, maintenance and replacement of building services. The work is expected to be valued at £3-4m a year.

The rest of the team working on the framework includes building surveyor QMP Management & Design, M&E engineer TGA Consulting Engineers and architect Shepheard Epstein Hunter.
