The National Construction College has launched the online Management and Leadership Diagnostic Tool to help firms improve their management and supervisory skills.

Individuals, teams and companies complete a set of questions and the results are analysed by the National Construction College. Advisers from ConstructionSkills then give feed back, helping companies with action plans to fill skills gaps in their management teams.
