He says: “The sketch illustrates a potential residential-led development at Chargrove Orchard, Up Hatherley to the south of Cheltenham. This green belt site adjoins the existing settlement edge and has the potential to deliver a new, defensible landscape-edge to the town.
“It is proposed to deliver up to 500 new homes and additional community facilities and will shortly to be the subject of an application for outline planning permission.”
