Sketch of the week: Bath townhouse

This week’s #buildingdoodle sketch is by Terry Morley, partner in Holder Mathias Architects. He says: “This is a sketch section through a proposed new four-storey townhouse on Curo’s Mulberry Park development in Bath.

The drawing was produced to illustrate a more unusual vertical arrangement where living, kitchen and family rooms are located at first floor to take advantage of views across mature trees and the city beyond. This living space has direct access to an external south-facing terrace over ground-floor car parking.”
