Kevin O’Connor and his wife Sue (who took this picture) came across this sign in an eastern suburb of Kampala, Uganda.

When asked to explain the strange choice of name for his company, the managing director, Kinyera Vincent said: ‘Termites start their day with nothing, but because they are hard-working and organised, they have, by the end of their day, constructed a large and highly visible nest.’
