Kent-based Sheerframe approved window fabricator Fineline Windows has made a special presentation to winning residents of Hyde Housing Association, to reward them for their valuable feedback during its extensive window and door replacement project involving homes throughout South London.

This current contract is a £5 m, five-year partnering contract for Hyde Housing Associations. A key component of Fineline's window refurbishment programmes is ensuring maximum tenant participation and this includes obtaining feedback on the quality of the windows installed and the service provided.

Given the high value that Hyde Housing Association and Fineline attach to this information, to encourage involvement by residents, Fineline arranged a free annual prize draw for everyone that responded.

Hyde Housing Association's Matt Allen, Stock Investment Manager says: ‘Initiatives such as this make a very positive contribution to the overall window refurbishment work, giving us vital information for continuous improvement.

‘As an organisation we are committed to giving all our residents the opportunity to influence and shape our services and ensure they have the chance to do so.'

With the backing of Sheerframe manufacturer L.B. Plastics, Fineline has become one of the South East's leading window companies in the social housing sector, fulfiling long term partnering contracts to deliver both energy efficient homes and compliance under the requirements of the Decent Homes Standard.
