Faith in John Fredericks is high amongst its senior management team, who have just bought 30 per cent of the company

The senior management team at John Fredericks, trade frame fabricator, has acquired 30 per cent of the company’s share capital. Additional investment has also been secured from the existing institutional shareholders Northern Venture Managers and Yorkshire Fund Managers.

Announcing the deal, Kevin Hill, Managing Director of John Fredericks, said: ‘We are delighted to have secured this investment which will be used to fund capital expenditure.

In addition, it will underpin our plans for further profitable growth. ‘I am particularly pleased that the senior management team at John Fredericks, Alan Barnard, Jim Hodson, Adrian Snee, Martin Hall and Wasim Afzal, together with the chairman David Fletcher, have chosen to participate in the buy-in.’
