Tridentity is a three-dimensional facial recognition system which greatly improves the accuracy over standard 2D systems. Rather than estimating the distance between facial features, it involves building an entire 3D mask of the face, and then matching according to the similarity between masks. Using patterned infra-red light to create a full three-dimensional image of the face, it measures subtle features such as bone structure around the eyes and nose. The Tridentity system can be used in the dark, while the 3D representations may be rotated to any desired angle.

The SeedBox (Subscriber Error Elimination Device) is a unique bolt-on that prevents user-error false alarms. The abort system is designed to prevent false alarms in remote signalling alarm systems by verbally advising the user and his staff of the status of the system. On entering the code on the keypad the SeedBox also generates a verbal alarm setting message throughout the premises so that staff are not locked in.
