School's out: Touchstone Housing Association has increased its loans by £15m to pay for new developments, including this £4m conversion of a derelict school in Coventry. It will become eight one-bedroom flats and 18 three- and four-bedroom houses, plus live-work spaces and training facilities for young entrepreneurs. Touchstone borrowed the extra money from Barclays, taking its loans with the bank to £40m. The work will be managed by Keystone Development, the architect is BM3 and the contractor is Bullock Construction.
