Metropolitan Housing Trust is set to begin this £65m redevelopment of a Leicester bus depot. The development will include 731 flats, of which about 50% will be affordable.The 8.5-acre site is next to the Grand Union Canal and the River Soar. Plans include water-based recreation facilities.
