Rose completes Bath conversion scheme

Rose Project Services, which was acquired earlier in the summer by Erinaceous Group, has completed the £2.2m conversion of the Grade II listed building known as Kennet House on St James Parade in Bath.

Prior to the refurbishment works the building had been used for the last 25 years for Sheltered Housing, and has now been converted into 43 luxury serviced apartments for SACO (The Serviced Apartment Company) with a further 8 apartments being refurbished and handed over to Kennet Housing Society.

The works started on site in September 2005 and were finished on time and budget this summer, and the apartments are now operational.
